Payment Terms and Conditions for For My Sisters Sanitary Products Pty Ltd

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website where payment is made via invoice. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Order Confirmation and Dispatch

• Orders placed on our website and paid by invoice will be processed and dispatched upon order confirmation received by our warehouse.
• Orders are subject to availability; in the event an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or full refund.

2. Payment Due Date

• An invoice will be issued to you at the time of order placement, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Payment details, including methods and accepted payment options, will be outlined in the invoice.
• If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order may be subject to cancellation, and we reserve the right to withhold future services until the outstanding balance is paid.

3. Late Payment and Interest

• Payments not received within the specified 30-day period may incur an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
• For accounts in arrears, further action may be taken to recover the outstanding amount, including collection fees.

4. Returns and Refunds

• For any concerns with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products. Any returns must comply with our Returns Policy, as outlined on our website.
• Refunds will be processed according to Australian Consumer Law and may only be offered in instances where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

5. GST and Other Taxes
